In 2017, on the radio program Cadena Ser, La Vida Moderna, Spanish comedian Ignatius Farray introduced a new character: Elvis Canario. In a very funny way, showcasing his dark humor, he explained the origins of this character:

Elvis Canario was the stage name of an Elvis Presley impersonator who would sing his songs, but suddenly flashes of his son drowning in the sea would come to his mind. This traumatic event was also the reason why he dedicated himself to doing Elvis Presley impersonations. The trauma of his son's death drove him mad. However, it’s curious that the screams he makes when these memories hit him are: “Kid! Kid!”, and he never calls him by his name. He screams “Kid!”, almost like trying to get his attention. At other times, he shouts “Willy! Willy!”, because his father also drowned, and sometimes he would shout “With lettuce! With lettuce! With tomato! With tomato!”, because he would remember when he used to sell sandwiches. None of the songs he performed while impersonating Elvis Presley could be finished because, in the middle of his performance, some trauma would resurface.

This video game, therefore, is a tribute to this fictional character created by Ignatius Farray, in which we step into the shoes of Elvis Canario, who must prevent hundreds of “kids” and “Willies” from drowning, while avoiding egg throws from rapping turtles, fruit shots from Turkish monkeys, stings from mutant sea shells, attacks from Cthulhu wearing a beach thug thong that shoots mini-cthulhus, and more.

Still, don’t worry! From time to time, his friend El Rancius will show up to lend a hand, along with some dwarfs dressed as bullfighters who will supply him with juicy items to face this eclectic siege.
